Overview:

As the Clinical Manager, you'll orchestrate a symphony of clinical prowess, spearheading essential training sessions during New Employee orientation and throughout the year. Collaborating closely with the Clinical Director, you'll craft bespoke clinical trainings to enhance competencies and elevate service delivery. Navigate clinical staff with finesse during scheduled meetings and impromptu consultations, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and ethical standards. If you're an independently licensed behavioral health luminary, you'll extend your expertise through clinical supervision to your assigned staff.

Requirements:

Possess a Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field, accompanied by licensure at the associate level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. While 1-3 years of full-time Behavioral Health Care experience is preferred, candidates with a penchant for navigating both behavioral and medical crises will thrive in our nurturing environment.

Pay Details: $72,769.21 to $80,410.00 per year
