Job Description

As a Software QA Engineer at RaySecur, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive suite of tests and processes to protect against defects which may arise over the course of continuous product evolution and enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct new feature and regression tests on new releases, patches, etc…

• Thoroughly document, troubleshoot and report issues on collaborative issue tracking systems

• Develop and codify company-wide quality assurance standards and processes

• Specify quality metrics to track continuous improvement in products

• Ensure product release meets customer expectations and standards

• Collaborate with developers and business team to specify and create new test cases

  Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT or related area

• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Capacity for attention to detail (but also to understand the ‘big picture')

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing

• Strong command of relevant software including JIRA, excel, word processing, etc…

  Additional qualifications nice to have:

• Experience with one or more programming languages (preferably JavaScript)

• Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, etc…)
