Description

RDTS is in need of a cleared Systems Engineer with strong proficiency in the Microsoft Exchange environment to support the U.S. Dept of Treasury in Washington, D.C. This position is full-time and 100% on-site. Qualified candidate will undergo an extensive federal background/clearance check.

Tasks:

  • Create and maintain knowledge base, configuration, and support documentation;

  • Create documentation, diagrams, and flowcharts detailing automation and orchestration processes;

  • Deliver cross-training to staff on specialized technology products;

  • Provide input to various daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports as needed.

Microsoft Exchange:

  • Ensures the stability and integrity of Active Directory, MS Exchange 2013\2016, MS Skype, MS WSUS, and other MS technologies;

  • Maintain Active Directory/Exchange management/administration;

  • Supports and monitors Active Directory replication in multi-site environment;

  • Manages Group Policy; Manages Active Directory trusts;

  • Conduct Exchange and Active Directory scripting and PowerShell;

  • Manages and maintains Active Directory and Exchange backup and disaster recovery;

  • Manages email security gateway (anti-spam); Manages MS WSUS;

  • Assists Telecom, Server, Network, Development, and Tech Support teams as required;

  • Manage and maintain SSL Certs;

  • Provides Windows file server support; Perform maintenance and lifecycle management of MS software.

Requirements

  • Must possess an active Security Clearance

  • Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Exchange server as described above.
