We are looking for a Service Desk Associate to be the front line for all our technical issues. You will be responsible for provisioning, installing, operating, and maintaining hardware, software, and related infrastructure. Ideally, you have an aptitude for learning and thrive in fast-paced environments. You should be customer focused and have strong organization and process management skills.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide IT Support for internal users
Maintainence on existing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Respond to clients requests
What You Need for this Position
3+ Years of experience and knowledge of:
ITIL Foundation certificate
