Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute manufacturing and inspection technology development projects.

  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of quality and procedural requirements in regards to production processes.

  • Proposes new technological solutions and development paths.

  • Leads projects with identified risks and resource requirements. Brings team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as Manufacturing Engineering Specialist or Manufacturing Project Manager or similar.

  • Bachelor's degree (mechanical engineering is preferred).

  • Experience in production coordination role or similar.

  • Good level of English.

Desired Characteristics

  • Production tooling and fixtures knowledge and experience.

  • Technical Drawing Preparation knowledge.

  • Design of experiment knowledge.

  • Aerospace quality system knowledge.
