ROLE SUMMARY:

An Associate Implementation Manager leads successful implementations of the Veracross software through strong understanding of the Veracross software package, excellent project management skills, and effective communication (written and verbal). Projects are executed on time and on-budget, while fostering trusting relationships with implementing clients. This position is located in the United States and reports to the Implementation Manager Team Lead.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead consulting infused implementation projects across multiple Veracross modules. The process includes:

  • Department discovery: working with each implementing department to understand their workflows and needs.

  • Platform transition options consulting: Discovery-infused platform setup options presented, demoed, revised, and finally agreed upon.

  • Orchestrate successful change management, where tailored configurations are office-tested, revised, approved, and deployed.

  • Department workflow consulting: Model and document the ways the school's different departments will use the Veracross Accounting module across their first operational year.

  • Develops, coordinates, and executes project plans, task schedules, and resource activities to ensure on-time and effective project delivery

  • Collaboration with Implementation Engineers for system configuration and data migration

  • Writing custom functionality specifications for delivery to engineering after in-depth consulting with the client.

  • Leading direct training engagements for multiple school departments

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to include comfort with public speaking, presentation delivery, etc.

  • Ability to make complex decisions and recommendations under limited direction and using a high degree of initiative and independent judgement

  • Ability to learn complex, enterprise level software systems at a level that supports teaching others

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Salary at Veracross is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. The compensation range for this position is $65K - $75K (annualized USD) in addition to potential Bonus.
