The Honeywell Foundation, Inc. Music Program Manager in Wabash, Indiana

The Music Program Manager is responsible for administering Honeywell Arts for All music lesson opportunities for all ages. This position acts as both music lesson instructor and builds a team of independent contractor music lesson instructors, manages community outreach events for youth and their families, and helps build a successful program at Honeywell.

Administers relevant programming as needed ? Acts as Music Lesson Instructor and builds team of Independent Contractor Music Lesson Instructors of piano, guitar, beginning strings, voice, and early childhood music classes ? Manages community outreach events for youth and their families ? Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Independent Contractors as it relates to specific programming offered Responsibilities are subject to change and increase as the position evolves.

Ability to instruct music lessons on piano and ideally at least one other instrument ? Professional and polished interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills ? Proactive, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment ? Strong team player who works well with others to achieve optimal results ? Highly resourceful with the ability to also be extremely effective independently ? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail ? Strong work ethic ? Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly ? Ability to build relationships with the team ? Actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions ? Strong computer skills ? Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency ? Ability to develop new relationships in a social setting

Education and/or Experience Bachelors degree and 5 years of related leadership experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience

Other Requirements Position will require flexibility for day, evening and weekend hours
