We are looking for the best talent in Veracruz to be:

Sales Manager - Veracruz

Managerial full-time position

Start date: You're applying for a position that is not currently active, we will consider your profile for future vacancies during the year.

Location: Veracruz or willing to be relocated

Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours

Profile: Graduated from any Bachelor´s Degree with 1-3 years confirmed experience in sales roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office package.

As Sales Manager you will:

  • Execute business plans to meet or exceed our financial objectives.

  • Develop collaborative partnerships with our customers.

  • Manage and improve our distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.

  • Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts in a positive way.

  • Bring to bear consumer insights and partner with customers to input into the development of a joint business plan.

  • Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new department and category insights.

  • You will also improve our selling advantage by driving different categories growth and contributing to their strategies.

Job Qualifications

  • Live in Veracruz or willing to be relocate.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  • Graduated from any Bachelor´s Degree with 1-3 years experienced in sales roles (desirable).

  • Strong communication skills with a customer service orientation / attitude.

  • You love to use data analytics to identify new insights and business opportunities for us and the customer.

  • Capability to lead change, develop people and organizations, and solve complex problems by thinking critically.

  • Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.

  • Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others.

  • Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
