3rd shift

4 day work weeks (12 hour days)

Description:

  • Candidates will be working in a multitude of areas

  • Working in getting items ready for shipment, palletizing, wrapping, labeling, etc

  • Could be doing quality items, assembling, powder coating, operating presses or lasers, helping with CNC functions, etc

  • Team players wanted and needed

  • Ability to keep on task and keep yourself busy

  • Clean up of areas

  • Loading and unloading machinery

  • Washing parts

  • Use of ovens for heat treating, baking paint, etc

  • Company is employee owned and operated, meaning the profits go back to the employees

  • Company pays toward healthcare (paid wellness once per month)

  • Profit sharing bonuses are given to employees based on a multitude of factors. Every 6 months, the pool of money is reviewed to see what gets turned back to the employees. Most recently it was $600k between roughly 60 people.

  • Your level of bonus is based on performance, quality, tenure, and a peer/company evaluation

  • A minimum of $250 every 2 weeks is guaranteed (roughly $3/hour) - new temps guaranteed this as well

  • This is paid directly to the employee outside of wages given

  • There are some employees whom $1000+/week in this plan and make six figures - The company rewards its loyalty and performers

  • When a candidate works their ENTIRE 12 hour shift, they are paid ONE extra hour per day (extra 4 hours PER week just for working)
