Reporting directly to one of the executives, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance functions. salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivables and general accounting functions

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

  • Must have the ability to manage and analyze large data sets with great attention to detail

  • strong understanding of accounting methods and general business acumen

  • Must be results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payables

  • Manage accounts receivables including keeping the customer accounts current

  • Manage accounts payables

  • Perform daily cash management activities

  • Perform end of month reconciliations to close out month financials

  • Conduct audits of financial processes and transactions

  • Formulate company budgets and ensure expenses are in line with projected revenue

  • Refine existing and develop new accounting processes

  • Prepare detailed reports both monthly and ad-hoc

  • Prepare detailed financial statements
