PORTAGE COUNTY ERP Project Manager in STEVENS POINT, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Summary of Position: This position performs a variety of medium to complex professional project management involving Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Munis module implementation and department policy updates for Human Resources and Finance. What are the primary job duties? Project Management Coordinate the activities of module implementation to ensure timelines are met for testing and live launches. Research and share Munis Knowledge base documents to assist in the set-up of each module. Coordinate training of end users on module prior to launching in live database. Create customized instructions and frequently asked questions for new modules. Policy Update Create outlines of activities needed for department policy updates. Recommend and coordinate staff assigned to policy review groups when appropriate. Coordinate policy review by third party liability carrier as required or recommended. Prepare policy documents in track changes according to resolution guidelines for presentation to governing committees and County Board if needed. General Duties Attends assigned governing committee meetings as requested. Consults with other county personnel, federal, state, and other counties regarding business matters. Maintains client confidentiality. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Two to four years\' experience working with an ERP or Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Tyler Munis preferred. Knowledge of government administration setting required.
