Job Description Summary

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will oversee the design, development, and manufacturing of medical devices. You will lead an international multidisciplinary team that includes internal and external customers, suppliers, agencies, and management to ensure that timelines and budget goals are met.

Job Description

Overall Responsibilities

  • Manage technical projects throughout the entire product lifecycle

  • Drive alignment with business and technical stakeholders

  • Create transparency and predictability through project schedules and timelines

  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities

  • Ensure goals are met on time adhering to our Quality and Regulatory standards

  • Resolve conflict among team members or stakeholders

  • Set and embody the team culture and standards consistent with our principals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science discipline

  • 4+ years of experience in a related industry

  • Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior management

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work collaboratively with an international team

  • Must work on-site at our State College, PA facility

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Institute certification or equivalent

  • Experience with project scheduling applications (MS Project)

  • Medical device industry experience

  • Risk Management experience
