Here, you will make an impact by:Leads and strategic direction toward environmental stewardship, compliance and expertise on waste management, asbestos and remediation globallyImplements environmental frameworks, policies and practices including standardized programs and training for environmental management and complianceCollaborate across corporate and area EHS teams, engineering, R&D, legal affairs, sourcing, and external stakeholders to drive environmental performance excellenceCoach and mentor EHS contacts, engineers and supervision leading or supporting environmental improvement projects, program development and related activitiesSupports environmental assessments to ensure due diligence in property transactionsFoster a culture of trust, collaboration, attention to detail, and standard work to realize a working environment of open communications, project management and prioritization, and a full entitlement mindset toward compliance and risk reductionYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionFive (5) years of environmental systems and programs in a private, public, government, or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree or higher in science, engineering or environmental, health and safety (EHS) from an accredited institutionFive (5) years of environmental, waste and/or remediation in a private, public, government or military environmentExperience in implementation of comprehensive EHS management systemsExperience working with global regulationsAnalytical, leadership, project planning, program development and deployment skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across disciplinesExperience working on a cross-functional teamWork location: RemoteTravel: May include up to 25% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be l gally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
