Lead high-impact and strategic engineering projects which improve efficiency and quality for New Domain Products and other DENSO products. Utilize strong technical, project management, and communication skills to understand the North American customer electrification market needs and coordinate with DENSO-Japan New Domain Product Development teams. Utilize project management skills to develop/improve department electrification process efficiencies. Provide technical-only training to internal combustion engineers regarding electrification New Domain Products and markets, to build departmental capabilities. Act as technical, engineering, project team lead to promote increased electrification business.
