Boswell Engineering is hiring a Design Engineer for our Site/Civil Department. We are seeking dynamic, goal-oriented, and highly motivated candidates for immediate employment. The Site/Civil Division is responsible for all aspects of the site development process to bring a development project from concept to construction.

Responsibilities:

• Keep abreast of the changing State and Federal regulations

• Design-related work associated with the development of site plans

• Desire to be exposed to a wide variety of engineering challenges

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written skills

• Ability to work independently

• Manage time efficiently

• Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited college/university or similar educational background

• 5 years experience

• AutoCAD experience required

• Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred
