Quality System Engineer

Purpose of the position
The QS Engineer is responsible for: Q&EHS System Management, maintenance, training and improvements; the whole IMS (Integrated Management system) within Cargotec Industries (China) Co. Ltd. (Kalmar Plant Shanghai).
Main tasks and responsibilities
Ensure Kalmar Plant Shanghai compliance with Cargotec Global QEHS police
Be responsible in implementing ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 systems.
Create an easy accessible system for ISO 9001 and ISO14001 and ISO45001.
Evaluate the current quality/environmental/OHS procedures, find improvements and update them
Plan, implement and follow up the internal audits & external audit.include LPA / BBS etc.
Assist to setup the culture of total IMS.
Contact with the 3rd parties, in terms of certifications etc
Assist with QEHS statistics when needed
Updating the QEHS manual, documentation and working instructions, develop the records.
Control the released QEHS documents and keep it in a good order.
Collect and update QEHS laws, evaluate compliance of legislation.
Support occupational health & safety management, guiding and supervising the implementation of occupational health & safety management in order to ensure the realization of occupational health & safety
Strictly abide by company’s safety rules; to ensure the implementation of safety as a part of main responsibility in accordance with the company’s EHS requirements
Be responsible for QEHS reporting; Work as department internal controller, such as cost control, Lean, TK etc.
Organize monthly EHS meeting; for example: Monthly EHS performance review meeting / Monthly communication meeting / BBS review etc.

What you’ll need to succeed
Education
- College or above graduation
Experience
Minimum 3years working experience in ISO/EHS system management
Familiar with and have good command of the knowledge of ISO9001&ISO14001&ISO45001 standard
Certificated with ISO9001&ISO14001& ISO45001 Internal auditor training
Knowledge of Solid waste classification& ESG
Documentation experience
Trained in the area of environmental management, occupational health & safety management and relevant laws and regulations of the occupational health & safety, master the knowledge of on-site environmental, occupational health & safety management.
Skills
Strong in communication, time management, 5S management and Continuous improvement.
Good written and speaking English and Mandarin.
Good PC skills.
