ZT Group Int'l, Inc. d/b/a ZT Systems seeks a Sr. IT Unified Communications Engineer in Secaucus, NJ.Duties: • Assist with the development and documentation of training materials, user manuals, and standard operating procedures to later establish as the standard templates of work.• Execute specified project objectives and tasks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and other resources as needed.• Aid in the development of project schedules, plans, and processes as per company standards.• Contribute to the IT and UC Team operations by facilitating order requests, vendor invoicing, and other administrative work for the department as needed.• Work closely with business counterparts to identify IT/UC Dept solutions in business functional areas.• Analyzes IT product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems, shortages and improve inventory control.Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field plus 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer, Communications Engineer, or related role.Requires 3 years of experience in the following:• Networks, databases, telecommunications, and other technology, including configuration and support of telephone and video conferencing systems; network device configuration and troubleshooting; and knowledge of various wiring infrastructure types and components. UPS monitoring.• Creating Standard Operating Procedures and Documenting business processes.• Voice and video communication protocols.• Coordinating circuit installations and activations with internet service providers.• Local area and wide area network communication protocols, standards, and best practices.40 hours/week, $101,587 - $137,500 per year.
