Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Telecommunications Project Planner to assist a large healthcare system in the Seattle area. This person will be responsible for going to multiple clinic locations to assess their call center needs. They will also be taking point on delegating tasks to technicians and other teammates to effectively and efficiently complete project phases. Other work will include documenting current configurations and locations of the legacy system phones and mapping the deployment of new replacement Avaya phone devices. The job will require a person with an understanding of telecommunications technologies and the ability to creatively solve problems as we translate the current station configurations from the legacy system into a format that can be used by the system engineers and technicians to program and cutover phones to the new system.

Skills and Requirements

* 3+ years of experience as a Telecom Engineer or Technician at a hospital or healthcare facility

* Expert understanding of on-prem PBX systems (ideally Avaya or Cisco)

* Motivated to take on project planning with various timelines and requirements null
