What You Will Be Doing
Project Manager duties include managing site staff consisting of a superintendent and project engineer to aid in construction of the project.
Manage and update project budgets
Coordinate, track and log using all Clients Systems.
Write subcontract scopes.
Prepare and analyze subcontract change orders.
Conduct site project meetings.
Maintain Quality Control to Client
Prepare project documents (RFI's, Daily Logs, Submittals, etc.)
Coordinate, track and log all site activities on a daily basis.
Direct and oversee project subcontractors.
Manage superintendent in conducting site safety and foreman meetings.
Project Manager, Multi-family, Business Controls and Policies
Comply with all corporate policies and procedures.
Conduct all activities in a safe manner.
What You Need for this Position
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for new construction of apartments or multi-family units
4 year degree in engineering or construction management is required
Under minimum supervision, the Project Manager oversees and directs all construction management.
Project Manager, Multi-family, Key Responsibilities:
Some proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word)
Applicant will be subjected to a background evaluation prior to permanent placement.
