What You Will Be Doing
As a Development Lead, you will help develop the next generation of our apps using tools such as React, C#/.NET Core. Experience operating within a modern Microsoft ecosystem is required. You should be familiar with React and its ecosystem. You should be comfortable interacting with business stakeholders to help gather and clarify requirements, and iterate on solutions. You should be comfortable designing solutions, and directing the work efforts of a small team of developers. You will also be hands-on developing, testing, and deploying code.
-Be responsible for the rapid and quality delivery of new functionality
-Line manage the development efforts of a small team of full-stack and front end developers
-Be hands-on designing, developing, testing C#/.NET Core code
What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills:
-5+ years' experience working with C#/.NET. Recent experience with .NET Core is a strong plus
-Experience working with business stakeholders to turn ideas into solutions
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Experience directing the work activities of others, while also being hands-on yourself
-Experience with writing efficient data access code. Experience with Dapper is a plus.
-Familiarity with front-end development using React.
-Proficiency with debugging and testing
-Experience using Git
-Experience with WebForms applications
-Experience with AngularJS.
-Experience with automated unit testing
-Experience using Azure DevOps
What's In It for You
$120,000-$160,000 Base Salary (DOE)
