Our client is looking to hire an Accountant to join their team IMMEDIATELY! This position will report directly to the CFO of a privately owned IT hardware provider. The ideal candidate is interested in stability and longevity!

• TYPE: Direct Hire or Contract to Hire

• PAY: $30.00+ Depending on Experience

• LOCATION: 100% Onsite in Santa Clara

• SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday

salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Verifies payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and receivable

• Reconcile Bank and Credit Card monthly basis

• Processing journal entries, coding transactions

• Resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities

• Preparing financial statements

• Preparation of standard journal entries and adjusting journal entries

• Accurately maintaining financial records in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
