Daily Duties

• Candidates will beperforming complete systems engineering for industrial automation projects including component sizing and selection design, implementation, and testing of automation systems working in a project team environment.
• Review the mechanical design and customer's requirements/specifications to determine the optimal control system solutions.
• Provide manufacturing support to assess progress, provide technical assistance, final inspection and sign off.
• Provide on-site controls system start-up as required.
• Ensuring project schedule, engineering hour budgets, and customer satisfaction targets are completed.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Preference for a bachelors degree in engineering /technical discipline.
• Ability to travel 25-30% to customer sites
• At least 2+ years of experience in industrial control system applications related to variable speed drives, Servo drives systems, PLC, HMI, and industrial automation systems.
• Preference for 2+ years of experience in electrical design, and safety system designs including schematics and panel layouts.
