Logistics Coordinator Global ITAD

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be at the forefront of coordinating ITAD projects, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service for our global clientele. Your responsibilities will include project and customer logistics, document handling, and various back-end tasks.

Brief Summary of Duties: Coordinate ITAD projects as they come into the Global ITAD department. Creating and managing projects and related documents. Respond as needed to customer needs. Organizing back-end project duties including expenses and invoicing.

Skills and/or Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Detailed oriented with the ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously

Experience Required: Experience in either data entry, or ITAD field/bench work. Must be proficient at prioritizing projects and time management. Ability to manage pressure situations. Working knowledge of the ITAD industry. Ability to take on new tasks and learn proprietary software.

Experience and/or Education Preferred: Experience in supporting ITAD project management. Have worked in the past with others in an international environment. Working knowledge of ITAD audit and data destruction procedures. Logistics background.

Personal Skills Preferred: Independent judgment to determine project guidelines, purpose, follow-through, and completion. Ability to meet deadlines and follow changing guidelines based on customer needs. Ethically minded and able to work under pressure in challenging environments. Ability to speak clearly and work effectively with clients and peers of diverse cultures
