What’s a typical day as a Construction Project Manager? You’ll be:

• Providing mentorship and professional development to other team members.

• Participating in monitoring our professional practice to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Preparing proposals and managing sub-consultants activities and budgets.

• Advocating for the owner and making recommendations in their best interests.

• Coordinating design activities and communication between all parties.

• Developing project requirements, budgets, and schedules.

• Reviewing project drawings, specifications, and contractor proposals.

• Monitoring scope, schedule, budget, and quality for variance and corrective actions.

• Providing timely reports and notices to all stakeholders.

• Assisting in workload forecasting and planning.

Requirements:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.

• Have 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural and/or engineering consulting related to new construction and renovation projects.

• Possess a valid driver's license and meet auto insurability requirements.
