What You Will Be Doing

-Review Customers prints/specs

-Review process prints and tolerancing

-Create travelers/ routings in ERP system based on quote (JobBoss)

-Assesses jobs and prints using knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, and quality control standards -includes machining, metallurgy and heat treat knowledge

-Estimates production times, staffing requirements and other consideration to facilitate production processes

-Satisfy customer needs by phone and in-house visits and communicating job status as needed

-Work with Production Manager to ensure proper scheduling

-Communicate with set-up technicians and Quality Manager as needed for production

What You Need for this Position

At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:

  • Quoting

  • Estimating

  • Work Orders

  • Blueprints

  • Specifications

  • Scheduling

  • Machining

  • Metallurgy

  • AutoCAD

  • Heat Treating
