We are currently recruiting for an experienced electrical technician to join a well established company located in Roane County! The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience with PLCs and human machine interfaces and is looking to assist with troubleshooting existing manufacturing systems as well as lead continous improvement projects to improve production and quality.

salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Experience with National Electrical Code, UL508A and ISA standards for instrumentation and control systems

• Previous experience with ladder logic and programming and use of PLCs and HMIs

• Develop and design cabinet assemblies, system diagrams, and process controls

• Provide technical solutions and troubleshooting of existing systems

• Possess organizational skills to maintain budgets, employees, and progress of projects and improvement initiatives

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
