Our client in the Roanoke area is seeking a temporary Billing Specialist for a project. Overall project to last 2-3 months. A minimum of two years of previous experience working in medical billing is required for consideration. If you have a high level of initiative, experience working with confidential information and excellent organizational skills, we would love to speak with you. Responsibilities

Complete payer assigned billing for assigned centers per billing schedule.

Provide back-up billing (primary as well as coinsurance) for centers assigned to other

Billing Specialists.

Maintain assigned accounts receivable at or under the company goal.

Post cash as assigned to the payer.

Attend training sessions as necessary.

Promote and demonstrate a Service Excellence culture.

Perform other duties as assigned.
