ManpowerGroup Desk Side Support Technician in Richland, Washington

Our client, a leading engineering and construction firm, seeks a Desk Side Support Technician to join their growing team. Provide exceptional IT support to internal staff, ensuring their technology needs are met and productivity is maximized.

Job Title: Desk Side Support Technician

Location: Richland, WA

Pay Range: $ 20-23/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.

  • Manage moves, adds, and changes for user equipment and software.

  • Assist with installation and support of video conferencing tools (e.g., Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams).

  • Maintain local network infrastructure and provide printing support.

  • Manage IT assets and configurations within a ServiceNow ticketing system.

  • Offer proactive and responsive support to executives and VIPs.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (OR) 7 years of relevant IT experience.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience providing user support for hardware, software, video conferencing, and operating systems.

  • Experience with incident and request management systems like ServiceNow.

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.

  • A+ certification (preferred).

  • Capability to lift 50 lbs.
