Responsibilities

· Support the full life cycle of projects including design/requirements, coding/programming and testing, and maintenance

· Responsible for participating in the effort to design innovative development solutions for new functionality as well as improvements to our existing software products

· Effectively manage deadlines and release schedules

· Lead in the evaluation of industry best practices and emerging technologies to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating other capabilities

· Perform design, development, testing, implementation and documentation within a fast-paced, agile based work environment

· Work collaboratively with other departments and business areas to achieve personal, departmental and organizational goals

Qualifications:

· 4-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, Master’s degree in engineering or

computer science is a plus

· A minimum of 5 years of development experience with commercial software products

· Excellent understanding of object-oriented concepts (Design Patterns, SOLID, DRY)

· Ability to identify deficiencies in code and provide technical solutions

· Proficiency in enterprise and application development building highly scalable products

· 3-5 years of experience working in a rapid paced team environment working with Agile processes

· Strong hands-on skills programming with .Net, HTML, C#, Angular, jQuery, JavaScript, T-SQL

· Experience with Jenkins as well as Git or other version control processes

· Experience with industry standard unit test libraries (nUnit or xUnit)

· The ability to work collaboratively, partnering with others to create innovative solutions

· Proven experience working effectively and efficiently to deliver high quality deliverables on time in a fast-paced environment

· The ability to communicate clearly at all levels

· A natural curiosity, the ability to pick up new technology quickly and a strong desire to solve problems

· Can be remote, US-based

· Up to 5% travel

Nice to Have:

· Experience in construction industry software development a plus

· Experience in using Azure DevOps & VSTS Pipelines

· Experience with SaaS-based solutions

· Experience in Entity Framework and/or Entity Framework Core (ORM)

· Experience in refactoring

· SQL queries and optimization

· Knowledge of FedRAMP a plus

· Experience with Security Assessment Reports (SAR) and Risk Exposure Tables (RET) a plus

National: The salary range for this position is $79,700 - $147,900

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
