Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is searching for an Executive Vice President to join a fast-growing organization in the medical/healthcare sector. Looking for a very strong, dynamic, assertive, get-it-done, action-oriented leader to run high level operations projects forward under the direction of the CSO and CEO. Join a service-based company that will experience rapid growth in the next 2-3 years. Currently, this company has 600+ employees, 6 operating companies in 6 locations. They plan to add 2-4 more locations in the next 12-18 months.

In this role, you will have a great opportunity to promote to President or Chief of Staff. Dual focus on fiscal and organizational growth, and strong management of heads of all departments (HR, IT, Marketing, Legal, Policy, Accounting and Operations). If you are a natural leader that can set boundaries, hold accountability and motivate, then this may be the right fit for you. The Executive VP will have the ability to support and lead rapid expansion while also enjoying the benefit of a very dialed-in pre-existing processes and highly intentional infrastructure. Healthcare or medical industry not required but a definitely a plus.

Amongst other benefits, they offer 100% fully covered healthcare premiums, 401K matching, annual bonus and salary range of $175K-$225K plus annual bonus. This is not a remote position. Company will assist with relocation costs.

Requirements

  • #1 FOCUS: Must have good boundaries, accountability, management skills and be a natural leader

  • Essentially a senior project manager role

  • Healthcare industry NOT required for this role

  • Requiring a very high caliber candidates who are interested in developing entire departments underneath them

  • Must have proven ability to support and lead rapid expansion while also enjoying the benefit of their very dialed-in pre-existing processes and highly intentional infrastructure

  • Heavy process improvement experience

  • Experience collecting audits of every department

  • Taking information upwards and bringing it down to others

  • Tenacious, gets it done and task oriented

  • Must enjoy having hands in a lot of things
