- Sell licenses and permits,and provide accurate information pertaining to Division rules,laws,policies and decisions.
- Interact with the public in a manner that displays sensitivity,tact and professionalism.
- Operate various office equipment,use database software,and operate point-of-sale terminals and cash registers.
- Open office daily and reconcile monies at closing.
- Educate and assist the public during the hunt draw process.
Assist other sections as needed.

Retirement - Utah Retirement Systems (URS):
- Employees who have any service credit with an employer covered by the Utah Retirement Systems before 7/1/2011 are in the Tier I Public Employees System.
- Employees hired on or after 7/1/2011 and who have never been in the URS retirement system have two options for retirement in the Tier II System.
