What You Will Do

The Senior Analyst in Revenue Operations plays a pivotal role in the success of the organization by delivering data-driven insights, improving processes, and offering strategic guidance to enhance revenue growth and operational effectiveness. This position requires collaborative efforts across sales, marketing, and customer success departments to refine the entire revenue cycle.

  • Works collaboratively to execute a strategic plan to meet revenue commitments and customer expectations.

  • Drives a process-focused mentality through the organization to ensure the processes established by the teams are understood and followed across the enterprise.

  • Analyze sales, marketing, and customer success data to identify trends and develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.

  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in revenue generation, developing strategies to eliminate waste in the order to cash process.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.

  • Acts as process owner for Customer loyalty financial program

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.

  • Assist in the revenue forecasting for Emergency Care, including analyzing historical data and current trends and developing strategies to maximize revenue attainment.

  • Works collaboratively across customer-facing teams, including marketing, customer service, finance, and sales, to drive rapid response to customers.

  • Respond to numerous inquiries and ensure proper asset details are updated in the appropriate systems.

  • Develop informative metrics that drive improvement of service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodology.

  • Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment.

What you Need

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.

You will need to live within commuting distance to our Portage, MI office. You will need to be in the office 2-3 days a week (Mon-Wed), but you will have the flexibility to work from home on the other days.
