A financial institution is looking for multiple Remote DevOps Engineer of all levels to add to their growing team. This team will be responsible for building out the platform that enables developers to deploy their applications to the cloud (GCP). This will involve building out the pipelines using the cornerstone of their platform, Gitlab embracing a GitOps approach.

This team has quite a bit of high-impact and exciting work on the horizon so not only is there room for growth, but it will also provide an opportunity for greenfield work. Another huge piece of the role will be automation and scripting utilizing Python. They have a mature cloud and container environment in GCP with GKE and leverage Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.

Contract Duration: 12 months

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience managing cloud infrastructure in either GCP or AWS

• Experience working with Terraform to write infrastructure-as-code templates

• Ability to build Gitlab/GitHub Action pipelines from scratch

• Strong scripting ability in Python

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with Kubernetes or GKE
