Cox Enterprises Dispatcher II (FleetNet) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: R202443537 The Tire Specialist II/Coordinator-Dispatcher II assesses and assigns appropriate Service Providers to make the requested repairs. This position also relays the estimated time of arrival and any delays to the customer and supervisor on duty. Work hours vary based on scheduling to provide market coverage. Service is provided 24/7/365.

Job Duties

Assess and assign any/all open events. Verify proper authorization has been obtained to dispatch the event. Assign the appropriate and nearest Service Provider to make requested repairs. Advise the customer of the estimated time of arrival on the event and follow instructions per their requirements. Inform supervisor on duty of any delays with the service provider's estimated time of arrival or problems with repairs. Work with New Call/Follow Up reps to address problems as they arise. Handle overflow of new inbound events. Assist with the handling of follow-up as needed Assist New Call/Follow Up Reps as needed and as time permits. Assist in resolving customer inquiries. Other duties and projects, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; or 5 years' experience in a related field Requires strong knowledge of dispatching, multitasking and flexibility Excellent skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization

Preferred

Degree in related discipline Experience in industry desired

USD 17.40 - 26.06 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $17.40 - $26.06/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereav ment leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
