Insight Global Business Development Representative in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Development Representative, for a full-time role with a Managed IT Services Provider, in their Philadelphia, PA location. This person will reach out to prospects via cold calls, networking events, marketing campaigns, emails, and social media. They will work closely with the New Logo Account Executive team, to strategize setting meetings and appointments with targeted strategic accounts. Additionally, this person will qualify leads to be a ICP (ideal customer profile), then Identify client needs and position for a discovery meeting. They will set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Strategic Consultants. BDR's will report to their manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) key performance indicator (KPI) results and stay up to date with new products and services offerings.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Sales/Business Development role

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (i.e. cold calls, email, LI, etc.)

  • Track record of achieving KPIs

  • Experience with CRM software i.e. ConnectWise, HubSpot, or Salesforce

  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) - Experience selling IT services null
