This person must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify key risks in Siemens’s operational and financial environment, with a key focus on project and solution business, and develop an understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy to provide analysis and interpretation to management

  • Design and execute comprehensive audits following the agile audit methodology to address identified risks

  • Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions, and recommend improvements to drive change in the organization.

  • Foster innovation and further development of processes and methodology as well as develop and promote digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team

  • Participate in meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about observations, conclusions, and next steps from the engagement

Basic Requirements :

  • Fluent English and Spanish are required with the ability to speak, write, read, and interpret documents

  • 6 years of relevant project management, project controls, or other relevant operation and financial experience in industries like Siemens (technology, project, and solution business) or comparable experience within Siemens or a ‘Big 4’ accounting/consulting firm.

  • Bachelor (BS/ BA) or higher degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.

  • 6 years of Strong experience ideally in an international environment and in-depth knowledge in Project management and/ or project

controlling (Agile, MP certificate, PM@Siemens certificate)

-Flexibility to travel 30% including internationally as well as to live/embrace our hybrid work culture

Preferred Requirements :

  • MBA, CPA, ACCA or ACA qualification is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills

-You have a proven track record showing outstanding performance and continuous development and are interested in growing and also working outside of your area of expertise (e.g. in other practices or regions).

  • The pay range for this position is $94,600 - $162,300 and the annual target incentive is 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
