En-Vision America Inc Patient Care Advocate - Customer Service in Palmetto, Florida

Responsible for acting as a liaison between patients, pharmacies and sales team. Assists with account questions, orders, patient problem-solving, outbound follow-up calls and other queries.

  • Assists patients by answering product and service questions
  • Maintains patient records by updating account information and providing detailed patient interaction notes
  • Prioritizing tasks to be most effective with time management
  • Establish new patient accounts

Preferred Skills Swiftpage Act! software, Sage 50 accounting software, Product Knowledge, Market Knowledge, Bilingual (Spanish/English) are a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.
