Job Type: Part-Time, evenings Work Schedule: As Scheduled / Flexibility Possible Wage: $30.00 an hour

*Job Objective: *To plan and teach related and shop activities in the welding curriculum to include the areas of layout, blueprint reading, fabrication, oxy-fuel welding and cutting, shielded metal arc welding, gas tungsten arc welding, gas metal arc welding, flux-core arc welding with self and gas shielded wires, inspection and testing, and welding math. Related duties include curriculum development and course revision; maintenance of supplies, shop facilities and equipment; participation in divisional and departmental activities as required to further the educational program.

Minimum Requirements:

• Five years of trade experience and certification preferred
• 10 -- Hour OSHA certification
• Must be competent in SMAW, GMAW, CTAW and FCAW
• Demonstrate leadership and/or classroom experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills needed
• Be able to obtain Ohio Department of Education Adult Permit
