• Review product drawings for accuracy, make necessary corrections, issue corrected copies to manufacturing. • Develop and recommend enhancements to products and process improvements. • Design and draw new products/fixtures and implement an orderly transition of those product designs into manufacturing. • Establish applicable Bills of Materials, routings and standard cost. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment while implementing changes and assisting all team members with continual process improvements. • Interact with sales, customers and suppliers in a technical support role.
