Job Description
Instructs children in activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth needed for primary school in preschool, child care center, or other child development facility by performing the following duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential Skills:
Ability to cooperate with teachers, students and administration
Ability to keep all student and parent information confidential
Ability to keep a positive attitude in working with student, parents, other staff members, and community members who visit Schools facilities or programs
Ability and willingness to lead activity programs or children
Must be able to lift and restrain students when necessary
Shall be of good character with high moral and ethical values
To ensure a safe environment for students at all times
To meet and greet visitors in a positive, helpful manner
Other duties as assigned by the building principal/center director/lead caregiver
Must possess a GED/High School Diploma and be able to pass a background check.
