TYPICAL DUTIES:

1. Lead crew through hands on example.

2. Plan work schedule, determine manpower levels, materials quantities, equipment requirements, etc.

1. Monitor work performance and productivity of crafts as well as equipment usage and maintenance for safety compliance, quality of the work, profitability, etc.

2. Review foremen time cards and verify accurate coding.

3. Advise senior level supervision and project management of potential problems, work interferences, schedule difficulties, potential change orders, etc. Assist in circumventing/resolving such problems as required.

4. Fluent in detail knowledge of costs associated with the particular discipline on the assigned project.

5. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
