Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Tax Senior, located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role involves a variety of tax return preparation and autonomous client service, contributing to the management of the tax side of the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of tax returns, including 1040's, partnerships, fiduciary, estate/gift, c-corp, etc.

• Deliver exceptional client service in all interactions and transactions

• Work autonomously and take initiative in managing various tax projects

• Assist with management of the tax side of the firm, demonstrating strong organizational skills

• Maintain knowledge of annual tax and annual income tax provision

• Utilize skills in 'Tax - Individual' and 'Creative Solutions - UltraTax'

• Ensure all credit applications are processed efficiently and accurately

• Keep accurate customer credit records and resolve credit inquiries promptly

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action for delinquent payments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within public accounting

• Proficiency in handling Annual Tax and Annual Income Tax Provision

• Knowledge and experience in Tax - Individual

• Familiarity with Creative Solutions - UltraTax

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• CPA or EA preferred
