Our Civil team is looking for a senior level engineer to help grow our Tulsa office. The successful candidate will possess the willingness and experience to work on a variety civil engineering projects, such as private site development, land development, and a variety of projects for local municipalities, State and Federal agencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership, project management and engineering of civil engineering projects

Monitor budgets and goals and initiates appropriate action when actual results vary

Perform as project manager or project engineer as appropriate on a variety of private and public funded projects

Develop and perform marketing strategies and business development plans and duties

Develops and maintain client relationships

Ensures that the Team has an adequate backlog of work to meet or exceed annual growth and profit goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education BS, Civil Engineering

PE in Oklahoma or ability to obtain by reciprocity is required

Existing client relationships in Oklahoma municipalities preferred

Proven ability to develop business from new clients

Minimum 15+ years of relative engineering experience in civil engineering

Ability to coordinate and communicate with other members of the project team

Familiarity with permitting processes and regulations
