Greet incoming Customers, open, review, follow-up & close work orders, count & receive cask, keep showroom clean, prepare & maintain coffee station, answer multi-line phone, transfer calls, take messages, receive & dispatch AAA calls, maintain customer profiles updated, process customer\'s credit applications, daily invoice filing, open & close shifts, process payments through different credit card terminals, help customers sign up for rewards program, assist A/P with data entry, keep area clean. Rotating schedules. Work every other saturdays.
