Bright Horizons Manager-Digital Marketing-Hybrid in Newton, Massachusetts

The Digital Marketing Manager plans and implements differentiated digital marketing campaigns for increasing brand awareness and driving inquiries among consumer and client audiences (B2C) and client (B2B) audiences for the College Coach and EdAssist lines of business. Through close working relationships with various internal and external groups, this individual leverages technology, SEO/SEM, social media, email and content- focused strategies to achieve important business objectives.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate on strategy, design, and development of digital campaigns and assets that promote two-way channels, promote brand awareness, and grow web-to-sales pipeline.

  • Launch campaigns and support existing program executions. Devise and follow up with iterations and relevant marketing tactics. Utilize an array of on- and off-site tools and practices to achieve market goals including CMS, marketing automation, email, personalization and other web technologies.

  • Create and execute an online review and reputation management strategy for EdAdvisory LOBs.

  • Build on existing Search Engine Optimization and marketing activities, working in concert with third-party and internal marketing agencies.

  • Assist with blog and website page creation, updates and improvements Leverage web analytics to track campaign results and uncover relevant insights, content gaps, and opportunities for purposeful online dialogs within target communities.

  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and quarterly webinars.

  • Make decisions to inform digital marketing strategies and best practices related to website technologies, SEO, content optimizations, marketing automation, and email. Use analytics and reporting tools to guide strategic marketing decisions that meet business objectives.

What you will bring:

  • Required Bachelor's Degree

  • Required 3 digital marketing planning and implementation.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Ability to gather and interpret a broad spectrum of digital data to inform strategies and tactics.

  • Solid understanding of the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, blogging, email and search.

  • Comfortability with both B2B and B2C sales funnels and customer lifecycles. Strong team player and collaborator.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with “Writing for the Web” techniques to support on-screen consumption.

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce

  • Familiarity with CMS systems, ideally: WordPress and Sitecore
