Bear Mountain Health Care Maintenance Director in Newburyport, Massachusetts
*Responsible for budget; accounts payable, department employees, reports and required Documentation.
*Responsible for Preventative Maintenance program and ensures compliance according to local, state and federal regulations.
*Maintains all facility equipment in a safe and functioning manner.
*Maintains furnishings and grounds, plumbing and electrical fixtures.
*Responsible for fire safety
*Participates in Quality Improvement and Department Head meetings.
