JPMorgan Chase Senior Content Analyst, Chase Travel in New York, New York

The Chase Travel Lodging Team is looking for a Senior Content Analyst. You will help manage and support the content collection process.

The Chase Travel team is responsible for identifying and negotiating key travel partnerships that can deliver exceptional card member value through embedded travel and lifestyle benefits that strengthen the card portfolio. Chase Travel also manages large strategic partnerships with our co-brand partners, as well as our premium travel advisor community and online technology team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Thinks strategically to deliver exceptional travel experiences for Chase customers.

  • Manages content collection process and editing for our hotel partners. T

  • Manages hotel connectivity partners to ensure content is aligned with expectations

  • Support program onboarding, and the collection of online content and imagery

  • Supports external hotel partners on all things content and connectivity

  • Develops process in collaboration with Product for hotel onboarding

  • Reviews online imagery and content for hotel portfolio to ensure accuracy and a premium online presence

  • Analyzes and develops regular reports to hotel and Account Management, conduct results review as needed

  • Resolves escalations that prevent seamless Card Member experience at point of sale (off line and on-line) in an efficient and expedient manner

  • Manages ad-hoc projects as needed which will help improve processes and efficiencies across the team.

  • Builds relationships across various lines of business and leverage relationships across the company to find efficient ways of working together and create new processes

Required Qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communications

  • Great organizational and strong attention to details

  • Self-motivator, has a bias towards action, and willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure projects are tracking towards success

  • Team player with strong project management experience

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Power Point

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • Connectivity and distribution background a plus

  • Knowledge of GDS is a plus

  • Partner or supplier management experience preferred
