How will you make an impact in this role?

As a part of the Colleague Experience Group (CEG), we strive to provide a great colleague experience everyday. . Responsibilities include:

  • Measure and communicate progress against DE&I enterprise commitments in external publications (ESG Report, Proxy) as well as internal briefings to senior leadership. Engage with market DE&I leads to collect information and prepare summary briefs of progress and impact that include investment tracking.

  • Use external benchmarks to provide context to internal metrics and progress. Use analytical findings to shape recommendations, future program enhancements and initiatives.

  • Partner with Corporate Affairs & Communications and Colleague Services to optimize and increase engagement with internal DE&I web site. Work across Global DE&I team to update DE&I Square site with new content as needed.

  • Manage and respond to all DE&I requests for information from across the enterprise and external organizations that include award surveys, benchmarking, request for proposals and advocacy.

  • Support operational risk activities that include testing and updating documentation for Process Risk Self Assessments, Business Impact Assessments and Business Continuity Plans.

  • Develop relationships of trust and mutual respect with a variety of internal and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written, design and verbal communications skills with experience in artful storytelling.

  • Strong analytical and business acumen to track and prepare DE&I impact reports. Business planning experience a plus.

  • Strong collaborator who can work across the enterprise to collect, monitor and report on DE&I initiatives.

  • Foundational knowledge of Inclusion and Diversity with a global perspective.

  • Curious, open minded, positive mentality with the ability to bring others along.

  • Proven self-starter, with the aptitude to think and operate holistically.

  • Emotionally self-aware and accountable, with a result-oriented mindset.

  • Drives attention to detail

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
