Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a meticulous and detail-focused Bookkeeper based in New York, New York. The successful candidate will be integral to our team, primarily managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Perform account reconciliations regularly

• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes

• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records

• Manage bookkeeping for clients using QuickBooks Online

• Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and month-end close tasks

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a bookkeeping role

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Demonstrable skills in Bookkeeping and Data Entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Demonstrable experience with Payroll processing

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Quickbooks Online is necessary

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality
