Generate concepts for architectural and interior design projects involving new buildings and additions, renovations and adaptive retrofits of existing facilities, interior design, infrastructure and code compliance improvements, exterior building upgrades, and plans for new facilities and redevelopments. Prepare scaled 3-D drawings and visualizations using computer-aided modeling and rendering software like Adobe InDesign, Revit, AutoCAD, and SketckUp. Ensure compliance with design standards. Review surveys to ensure proper layout and planning in accordance with design specifications. Analyze project progress to ensure adherence to design plans. Produce models, drawings, and renderings for each project phase. Ensure that design plans contain all necessary structural systems, including proper heating, electrical, and ventilation systems. Req. Familiarity with Revit and Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
